Our objective is to provide you with a comprehensive inspection report or remediation plan to help your client make a wise decision in either buying or selling the home before the close of escrow.
We know that time is of the essence when it comes to buying or selling a home. That is why we expedite the usual 7-10 business days that it takes to 2 days or sometimes even next-day completion of the report. When remediation services are required we also provide a detailed remediation plan and estimate.
We do not perform any mold sampling or clearance testing ourselves, but we can schedule an Independent Certified Industrial Hygienist or capable Indoor Environmental Professional to perform all post remediation verification sampling if necessary.
In order to maintain an honest and effective non biased plan of remediation, it is important to keep structural repairs and sampling separate from remediation. All three contractors should remain independent of each other. There is a great conflict of interest in using these "turn key" companies who provide all of these services. It is the most common way of deceiving the unsuspecting client by performing more than the necessary service.
